John Saba, MS, BCBA

Founder and CEO

John started out in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis while working toward his B.A. in Sociology in 2006. He was 20 years old and still deciding what career he would pursue. John unexpectedly entered a field he would develop a passion for through his experience working with children and adults with special needs. He decided to pursue his Master’s in psychology and completed his course work in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Throughout John’s career, his skills and expertise were shaped by every patient he had the opportunity to work with. As many skills as John was teaching his patients, they in turn were teaching him how to be a compassionate, skilled, and adaptable clinician. As John witnessed the successes of those he served, his passion grew stronger which eventually led to him opening up his own private practice, Milestones Academy Plus (MAP).

John has had the opportunity to work across both diverse populations and settings. Working on skills with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, and at risk youth. John spent years developing treatment to fit the needs of individuals across multiple settings such as their home, school, community, and clinic. It was through this experience John's specialties emerged. Training behavior interventionists, increasing language development, behavior reduction, and creating practical and effective treatment plans for all stake holders to follow and be part of their loved one’s growth.
